30–90 minute install scheduled at the CFW Chicago studio. Drop the vehicle off in the morning, pick it up branded. The full process from approval to installed graphics is about two weeks.

The five-field form
The form asks for the absolute minimum: your name, business name, email, phone, license date, county, and which services would help. There's an optional "anything we should know" field - vehicle make/model, space needs, timeline, logo files, that kind of thing.
You don't upload your license at this point. We ask later if eligibility looks good. We don't want to slow you down at the front of the funnel.
Time required
Five minutes if you have your license date handy. Two if you've got it memorized.
Real human review
A real person - not an algorithm - reads your application within two business hours during business days. We check eligibility (date + address), look at any notes you left, and decide which founding partner(s) to route to.
You'll get an email confirming eligibility and asking for the one document we need: a photo or scan of your business license. From there we connect you with the right partner for next steps.
Turnaround
Two business hours typical. Same business day always.
Vehicle graphics install
Chicago Fleet Wraps schedules your install. Bring your own logo files if you have them (vector preferred - AI, EPS, SVG). If not, CFW's in-house designers will produce 2–3 layout options for your approval before printing - design is included.
The install itself takes 30–90 minutes in CFW's heated, climate-controlled studio in Chicago. Drop the vehicle off, grab a coffee nearby, drive away with a branded vehicle. Most installs happen within two weeks of approval. Specific address and scheduling details are sent directly to approved recipients.
