How do I contact The New Business Project?
Email only, until your appointment is scheduled. All initial contact is via staff@thenewbusinessproject.com for tracking and routing. After your application is approved and an appointment is set up, you'll receive specific phone numbers and the installation address by email directly from your assigned partner. This keeps every conversation logged and tied to your application.
Is this really free?
Yes. Completely free. No catch, no upsell, no billing surprise. The program is funded by co-founders Chicago Fleet Wraps and Regions PM out of their marketing budgets. The bet: businesses we help in their first 90 days remember it. Some come back two or three years later when they need a full $5,000 wrap or want to renegotiate a lease. That's the entire model.
What do I get?
Two services. From Chicago Fleet Wraps: free design and installation of up to 8 sq ft of die-cut cast vinyl on your business vehicle. From Regions PM: a free 1-hour property search consultation if you need office, retail, warehouse, or storage space anywhere in Chicagoland.
Who qualifies?
Any Chicagoland business with a license, LLC formation, or DBA registration dated within the last 90 days. Service area: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, and McHenry Counties. See full eligibility →
What if my license is more than 90 days old?
The 90-day window is firm. The program is designed for that critical first quarter. If you're past 90, contact our partners directly — Chicago Fleet Wraps offers fleet pricing with a small-business discount, and Regions PM offers property consultations to all clients.
Can my business become a partner?

Why does this exist?
Most new businesses spend their first 90 days on the basics — getting licensed, opening a Chase business checking account, finding the first customer. Marketing comes last. The program covers the first piece of professional infrastructure so new businesses look legitimate from day one. More from the founders →
Where does the vehicle install happen?
At Chicago Fleet Wraps' heated, climate-controlled installation studio in Chicago. The install takes 30–90 minutes. Approved recipients get the specific address and scheduling details directly from CFW after eligibility is confirmed.
Do I have to bring my own design?
No. CFW's in-house designers produce 2–3 layout options for your approval before printing. If you have your own logo files, vector formats are preferred (AI, EPS, SVG) but PNG or JPEG work too. Design is included at no cost.
What if I only need one of the two services?
Take only what helps. The application has checkboxes for "vehicle graphics", "property search", or both. We route you to the partner(s) you actually need. No requirement to take both.
How long does the whole process take?
About two weeks from application to a branded vehicle on the road. Five-minute application. Two-business-hour review. Roughly two weeks scheduling for the graphics install. Property consultation typically scheduled within a week of approval.
